I am having problems logging in to my account for online ordering.
We have recently rolled out a new online ordering system. Your previous online ordering login and password no longer work. However, you can log in to our new online ordering system with your username and password from your rewards account, when you registered your Selland Family Restaurants ‘Friend Of The Family’ card online at sellandfamily.com. If you forgot your rewards account password, click here to request a new password. Where do you deliver? Do you deliver to my location?
Delivery zones are determined by the third-party delivery service provider we use exclusively for our website. To know if delivery service is available in your area, choose the restaurant location nearest you, enter your address, then click the “start your order” button and it will automatically indicate if you are able to get Selland’s delivered to your doorstep.

I checked the online order system on your website, and it says I’m not in your delivery area, can I order delivery over the phone instead?
The only way to order for delivery service is to place an order on our website, if your location is determined as a delivery zone.

How much does delivery service cost? Is there a minimum purchase amount required?
Delivery service charge is $7, with a minimum purchase of $25.

How do I track my order?
Once your order is placed, you will receive both an email confirmation, as well as a text message. There’s a “track your order” button link you can click on in your order confirmation email that allows you to track your order.

Can I order the $25 Dinner for Two that includes a Bottle of Wine special, for delivery?
Yes, you can order the $25 Dinner for Two that includes a Bottle of Wine special, for delivery. Upon delivery, you MUST show a valid ID to the delivery driver.

Can I order bottles of wine from your wine shop, for delivery?
Yes, delivery service is available for purchasing bottles of wine from our wine shop.

Once I’ve placed my order online, can I cancel my order?
It depends on the time the order was placed and when it was due for delivery. Please call the restaurant location you placed your ordered from and ask to speak to a manager; have your order confirmation number and name available. NOTE: Even if the order has been canceled and a driver has already been notified, you will still be charged for the delivery fee.

What is the estimated delivery time?
Depending on location, estimated delivery time is approximately 45 minutes after your order is placed.

I have a general question regarding my order or order charges, who should I contact?

There is an issue with my online delivery order, who do I contact?
Please call the restaurant location you placed your order from and ask to speak to a manager. Please have your order confirmation number and name available.

It shows that my location’s online ordering and delivery is “temporarily unavailable”. Can I call the restaurant directly and place my order by phone for delivery?
Unfortunately, you are not able to call the restaurant directly to place an online order for delivery by phone. Online orders and delivery must be placed online. If our online ordering is temporarily unavailable, you are welcome to call in an order for takeout.

Can I use a gift card for my online order and delivery?
Yes, you can use your gift card toward your online order and delivery. Please have your
16-digit gift card number available to enter online during your payment order.

I am a registered Friend of Family rewards cardholder. Will I earn rewards points for my online delivery order?

Friends of The Family, we know social distancing has not been easy on you. Thank you for supporting us and giving our new online ordering a try, while we are rapidly adapting with delivery and curbside pickup. We are temporarily suspending rewards points while we troubleshoot some of the technical issues you have been experiencing. Please don’t let that stop you from ordering online, because WE PROMISE you will get your rewards points when we return to our regular business model. We will let you know when your rewards points have been added to your account.

I forgot my registered rewards card username and/or password; how can I get that information?
