I am having problems logging in to my account for online ordering.
Due to our NEW online ordering platform, your previous login credentials are no longer valid. Please create a new account during checkout by providing your phone number. You will only need your phone number moving forward to log into your account.

Where do you deliver? Do you deliver to my location?
Delivery zones are determined by the third-party delivery service provider we use exclusively for our website. To know if delivery service is available in your area, choose the restaurant location nearest you, enter your address, then click the “order delivery” button and it will automatically indicate if you can get Selland’s delivered to your doorstep.

I checked the online order system on your website, and it says I’m not in your delivery area, can I order delivery over the phone instead?
Delivery can be placed through our website sellands.com or through the third-party app, DoorDash.

Can I place my order over the phone?
You can place an order over the phone for pickup only. Delivery orders must be placed through online ordering on our website or the third-party app, DoorDash.

How much does delivery service cost? Is there a minimum purchase amount required?
Delivery service charge is $7.49, with a minimum purchase of $25. Delivery placed on the DoorDash app will vary.

Can I use a gift card for my online order and delivery?
Yes, you can use a gift card to make purchases for Selland’s Market-Cafe or OBO’ Italian Table & Bar online orders. However, any gift card or egift card purchased before March 20, 2024 will not work for online orders. Please note, that gift cards and egift cards cannot be used on the DoorDash app.

How do I track my delivery order?
After placing your delivery order, you’ll receive a text notification containing a link to track your order. Simply click on the link to monitor the progress of your delivery in real time.

Can I order the $32 Dinner for Two with a Bottle of Wine special, for delivery?
Yes, you can order the Selland’s Market-Café $32 Dinner for Two with a Bottle of Wine special, for delivery. Upon delivery, you MUST show a valid ID to the delivery driver.

Can I order bottles of wine and beer for delivery?
Yes, delivery service is available for purchasing bottles of wine and beer (selections may vary by location). Wine and beer MUST be purchased with food. Upon delivery, you MUST show a valid ID to the delivery driver.

Once I’ve placed my order online, can I cancel my order?
It depends on the time the order was placed and when it was due for delivery. Please call the restaurant location you placed your order from and ask to speak to a manager; have your order confirmation number and name available. NOTE: Even if the order has been canceled and a driver has already been notified, you will still be charged for the delivery fee.

What is the estimated delivery time?
Depending on location, and current volume of business, estimated delivery time is approximately 45 minutes after your order is placed.

I have a general question regarding my order or order charges, who should I contact?
If you have questions regarding your order or charges, please call the restaurant location you ordered from.

There is an issue with my online delivery order, who do I contact?
If you placed an order through Sellands.com please call the restaurant location you placed your order from and ask to speak to a manager. Please have your check number and name available. If you placed an order for delivery through the DoorDash app, you can reach out to DoorDash in the app and they will handle your issue.
