Why did Selland Family Restaurants change the Rewards Program?
Selland Family Restaurants has decided to sunset our Rewards Program. We are developing a fresh new program with personalized offers to elevate your dining experience, and implementing technology to help better understand your preferred choices and extend offers and experiences that are more individually tailored to your liking.
Will I continue to earn points for in-store and online ordering purchases?
No. Starting, July 27, 2023, ALL rewards accounts will no longer be able to accrue points for in-store or online order purchases.
Can I earn points from previous purchases not added to my account before
July 27, 2023?
No. Our rewards system will no longer be able to add points from past dining visits or online orders.
Do my existing rewards have expiration dates?
Yes, all existing rewards will expire on January 31, 2024.
What rewards am I able to redeem?
Rewards accounts with a balance of 650 points or more will automatically redeem the points and load a free pizza onto the account, redeemable at any Selland’s Market-Café location or OBO’ Italian Table and Bar.
What if I don’t want a Free Pizza and was saving my points for something else?
If you prefer to redeem your points for something other than a pizza, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your rewards selection and we will gladly adjust your account. Available rewards are Rewards Dollars redeemable at any Selland Family Restaurant location or $32 Dinner for Two & Bottle of Wine Specials redeemable at Selland’s Market and OBO Italian Table & Bar. Our staff is available during standard business hours, Monday through Friday, 9 am to 5 pm.
How do I view my existing reward balance?
You can check your reward balance online by logging into your account. Click on the “Account Login” button at the top of the page or click here to log in to your account.
What if I forgot my username and password?
Passwords and usernames can be recovered here. You may also email us at email@example.com. Please include your account number, phone number, and/or email.
What happens if I lose my card?
If you previously registered your card, you can continue to use that account with your phone number. Please note we are no longer able to replace lost cards. However, when placing an order in-store or online, you can use your registered phone number and login credentials to redeem existing loaded rewards on your account.
