Tomatillo Roasted Pork with Black Beans, Roasted Peppers, Corn, Onion, topped with Cilantro and Sour Cream. Paired with a bottle of 2015 Rivarey Vineyard Tempranillo ‘Crianza', Rioja, Spain.

Mushroom Lasagna with Three Cheeses and Marinara, served with Garlic Bread. Paired with a bottle of 2017 Los Dos Red (Garnacha Blend), Campo de Borja, Spain.
MAY 20 – MAY 25
Jamaican Jerk Chicken with Black Beans, Rice and Pineapple-Jicama Salsa. Paired with a bottle of 2016 Château de Saint Cosme Little James’ Basket Press Blanc, Vin de Pays d’Oc, France.

Lemon Chicken Breast served with a Sweet Corn Succotash, Zucchini, Tomato and Sweet Herbs. Paired with a Select Bottle of Wine.
