Catering FAQs

Whether we are creating your meal from beginning to end, or just supplementing what you’ve created, we’re here to help. Here are some frequently asked questions.

How do I place an order?
Please complete and submit our catering inquiry form below, or call one of our restaurants to speak with a catering specialist. You may also stop by; appointments are not required but are recommended.

How much notice do you need?
We allow for last minute orders based on availability. However, dates do fill up quickly, especially during peak seasons, so please place your order at your earliest convenience.

Do you deliver?
We provide delivery with a minimum purchase of $250, for a small fee based on location. Minimums are subject to change for the month of December.

Do you set up and clean up?
We provide drop off services only.

Do you provide wait staff and party rentals such as china, flatware and glassware?
We do not provide wait staff or party rentals.

Do you cater weddings?
We cater all different types of events with drop off service. Please see above questions about party rentals, wait staff, set up and cleanup.

Do you provide disposable plates, napkins, etc.?
We do provide them for a small fee. 

How is the food presented?
We can either package catering items in to-go containers for you to transfer to your own serving dishes, or we can arrange it on disposable platters or disposable chafing dishes. A small fee will be charged for each disposable/re-usable platter or chafing dish.

Can I provide my own platters for you to use?
We are unable to use outside platters. Please see above question about how food is presented.

Do you offer tastings?
We do not offer formal tastings. Many of our catering menu items are available for purchase in the restaurant.

Can I customize menu items?
We may be able to make changes to certain menu items to accommodate dietary restrictions.

Do you offer custom menus?
Our Catering Specialists can work with you to build a custom party package from our catering menu selections.

Do you require a deposit?
We require a signed contract along with a credit card to secure your order. We will charge the card the day of the event.
