For the week of May 14th through 20th, come in for Sam Francis’s Japanese Rice made with pan seared beef, shrimp, mushrooms, carrots, celery, green onions, white wine and soy sauce served with side salad with soy-lime dressing. As always, a bottle of wine is included, and this week it is 2010 Chateau Bonnet Bordeaux Sauv Blanc. Monday-Saturday, 3pm-close at both locations.

Left, right, in between or none of the above, we think we might be able to all agree that having a Bacon Cheeseburger and a Root Beer Float for lunch sounds like a great idea! Enjoy juicy and tender free range and grass fed 100% angus beef with Gruyere cheese, peppered bacon and all the traditional accompaniments with garlic aioli on a sweet white roll. Served with French fries and catsup (or ranch by request) and a Root Beer Float made with our own house made vanilla bean ice cream and Barq’s root beer.

Bipartisan Burger Special served Monday-Friday, 11:30am-2pm. $15

First we want to say a huge thanks to our long-time Sous Chef Ravin Patel for running things so well in January. Next we want to say welcome to our new Chef Michael Thiemann, a local boy who made good and is coming back to the Sacramento community. He'll be shaking things up in the kitchen a bit over the next few weeks. Come see what he’s up to and say hi!
