Meet Mike!

Our new Chef is shaking things up

Some wonderful new dishes are popping up on our menu. Chef Mike is really into the rustic part of our rustic luxury concept, so you’ll see things more in their natural state and more vegetables as well. For example, he’s introduced a new Chicken dish that has dinosaur kale, a chicken liver mousse on crostini and grapes that are still on the stem – they are unexpected and are juicy and sweet and perfect for the dish. Another favorite new creation is his dish of mussels with Japanese Shishito peppers and pork belly featured on KCRA last weekend. So good!
